Have you heard? The Davenports are headed to PERU...!

That's right! Peru, South America!

In the coming months we plan to move to Peru and join the Peru Mission team ministering in the city of Trujillo on the northern coast of Peru. We are so excited about how the Lord Jesus is open this door for us to serve Him there.

For almost two years the Lord has been directing our path toward Peru. All along the way, He has been confirming our plans and desires. The last six months have been particularly busy. During this time Scott has been invited to join the Peru Mission team and received a ministerial call from the Peruvian church. Recently, Scott was approved by our presbytery for ordination and to be sent to minister in Peru. We hope to raise the necessary support to be able to move in just a few months.

We have also begun to visit churches and speak to individuals to share the exciting things the Lord Jesus is doing in Peru through His Holy Spirit.
